River

River opens with a time for refreshments and conversation, followed by a  time including worship, discussion, reflection and prayer.

We usually sit around tables at the side of church (in the ’north transept’) and we may not sit all the time, but sometimes move around the church building.

 

The songs are not traditional and are led by our small (but growing) group of musicians.  There is always some input to engage with - but not a sermon.

 

River can be different every time, partly because we are still learning how to do it well!  But also because being varied is one of our key aims.
